With the know-how of our team, we were able to foresee any unexpected events and find solutions for them. In this article, we share with you three points that you should keep in mind in your destination wedding backup plan:
1 – DELAYS: Tik tak, tik tak… On the day of your destination wedding, things may not go as planned, as you have to control the arrival and work of several suppliers. If there are delays, make sure that your guests are unaware of them and that they are entertained with other events. If you forgot the bouquet at the hotel and you have to go back, for example, ask your best friend to delay the entrance to the ceremony.
2 – WEATHER CONDITIONS: As much as you choose to get married at a time of year with a more pleasant climate, the weather is completely out of your control. For this reason, and if most of your wedding moments are outdoors, we recommend that you envision a 100% indoor solution that you feel comfortable with. As on the day, you won’t want to be making that decision, entrust your father to make it.
3 – UNPLANNED SPEECHES OR OTHER SURPRISES: Your guests’ speeches and gifts are a way of expressing their wishes for this new stage of your life, and you should include them in the best way possible in the planned alignment, but it is necessary to keep in mind some situations: the whole service was designed to take place in a certain way, with timings that have to be respected, namely the catering service, so we advise you to once again, put in charge a person you trust to better manage with the boss room and the sound company these events. Ideally, before the wedding day, alert your guests that if they want to intervene at a certain point in the wedding, they should speak with a responsible person about this matter.
