In addition to full wedding day coordination, we also manage the contracting of two key vendors: typically, your decoration or design team and another of your choice, such as photography, music, or stationery.

It’s designed for couples who have already hired their vendors and just need a professional team to make sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. We prepare the day’s schedule, liaise with suppliers you’ve already booked, and coordinate the entire event with our protocol team (up to 12 hours).
What is the difference between Coordination and Coordination Premium?
While the standard Coordination service focuses on the event-day logistics, the Premium package also includes help with decoration planning, plus consultancy for hiring an additional supplier.
When should we book this service?
Ideally, once you’ve hired your main suppliers. This allows us to step in early enough to make sure all details are aligned.
Do you also help with last-minute issues?
Yes, our coordination team is trained to solve unexpected situations, so you can relax and enjoy the day.
Who will be on your team on the day?
We deploy a lead coordinator and a protocol team (assistants, ushers, floor managers) depending on scale.
Do you create décor or design elements with this service?
Decor, design, or creative services are only included in our Premium Coordination service.

What time do you arrive and leave on the wedding day?
We arrive at the venue when the getting-ready preparations begin (typically when the bride’s hair and make-up start) and stay until after the dance floor opens, ensuring everything runs smoothly through the key moments of your celebration.
Who should book this service?
Couples who have already organized most of the wedding but would like some extra guidance on design and one more supplier (such as entertainment or beauty).
What is the difference between “Coordination” and “Full Planning”?
Coordination is execution-focused (day-of only), full planning covers design, vendor sourcing, budget, logistics, creative concept, evolution from start to finish.
