(“MARY ME”) needs to collect the personal data of its customers, which it does under the terms and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) established by EU Regulation 679/2016, of April 27, 2016, whose implementation is ensured in the Internal Legal Order by Law 58/2019, of August 8.

MARY ME only collects and processes the data voluntarily and expressly provided by customers by filling in the forms on our website (“Pop the Question”), the RSVPs they give us and through direct communication with MARY ME, namely name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, email, cell phone, address, VAT number, debit/credit card number and country of residence of the bride and groom, without prejudice to the possibility of collecting other data that may prove necessary depending on the specific service contracted by the customers.
2. Images, photographs and videos of customers on the day of the ceremony or event contracted may also be collected, as well as data made available through their social networks that may be relevant to the execution of the service, but under no circumstances will MARY ME collect personal, sensitive or confidential data.
3. MARY ME may communicate with the guests indicated by the clients for the purposes that are necessary for the execution of the contracted service or event, as well as for purposes related to the organization and/or advice regarding the stay of the guests in Portugal, directly or through third parties, collecting and processing the data from the guests that is necessary for this purpose.
4. In order to ensure a quality service, MARY ME collaborates with entities outside the organization and may have to share some data of customers and their guests with these entities, namely Hotel and Restaurant establishments and various service providers, who will ensure the processing of customer data to the extent strictly necessary and in accordance with appropriate security measures.
5. The processing of customer data is carried out on the basis of their consent, under the highest ethical standards, honesty and transparency and in accordance with the principles of strict necessity, adequacy and proportionality.
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your personal data is collected and processed by MARY ME only for purposes strictly related to the use of this website, the organization and provision of contracted services and events, the management and hosting in Portugal of clients and their guests, for direct marketing actions and the provision of customer support, and the data collected and processed for these purposes is adequate, relevant and not excessive.

1. When you browse our website, we collect cookies. The information collected in this way is essentially intended to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to allow us to communicate more effectively with you, highlighting the offers and services most suited to your profile.
