After our initial conversations, we move into one of the most meaningful stages of our journey together, shaping your proposal. This comes after a longer, heartfelt call where we continue to nurture our connection and dive deeper into your vision.
We step into your shoes, imagining what you might be dreaming of for your wedding day, and from there, we begin suggesting possibilities, concrete, thoughtful, and rooted in both your vision and our experience. This stage is not only about presenting ideas, but about strengthening the relationship, understanding you more fully as a couple, and ensuring that every suggestion aligns with what feels right for you.
At the end of this meeting, we present our fee with complete transparency, a core value of how we work. Afterward, everything is carefully sent to you in writing, so you have the time and space to reflect together before sharing your feedback with us in a follow-up call.

It covers every single detail of your wedding, from the initial planning project and budget breakdown to the coordination on the day itself. We handle suppliers, decoration, entertainment, logistics, and more, ensuring your big day flows seamlessly.
How many meetings can we have with our planner?
As many as you need! Our service includes unlimited meetings, so we’re always here for you throughout the planning journey.
Do you also support our guests’ needs?
Yes! Our concierge service helps guests with accommodation and transfers, so they feel fully cared for.
Do you also manage RSVPs and guest communication?
Yes. We handle the RSVP process on your behalf, collecting confirmations, tracking meal preferences, and keeping an updated guest list.
Do you take care of design and decoration?
Absolutely. We prepare a decoration project, manage supplier hiring, and coordinate every detail, from the floral design to graphic elements such as invitations, menus, and signage.
Do you also manage entertainment and experiences?
Yes, we take care of everything from DJs and live bands to fireworks, performers, and even cultural or unique activities.
Do you handle beauty, photo & video?
Yes, we work with trusted suppliers for hair & make-up, photography, and videography, ensuring everything is aligned with your vision.
What about the ceremony?
We can organise religious, civil, spiritual, or symbolic ceremonies, find celebrants, and coordinate with churches if needed.
What legal or documentation requirements apply to foreign couples?
This depends on your nationality and may include documents such as birth certificates, no-objection letters, residency certificates, apostilles, and certified translations. While we don’t handle this process directly, we work with trusted legal professionals who specialize in wedding documentation and can manage all requirements on your behalf.
How early should we visit venues?
At least 6–9 months before the wedding, ideally 9–12 months if travel is involved, so you can preview layouts, decor, logistics, and guest flow.
Who pays for guests’ travel and lodging?
It’s generally expected that guests cover their travel and lodging. Couples may offer upgrade options, partial contributions, or block-rate discounts, but full coverage is optional.
What if guests can’t attend due to cost/travel constraints?
That’s understood: destination weddings often have lower attendance. We manage RSVPs and alternative options (live streaming wedding).
Do you coordinate welcome events, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches?
Yes, absolutely. We coordinate all events that are part of your wedding celebration, from welcome gatherings and rehearsal dinners to post-wedding brunches or pool parties, ensuring every moment flows seamlessly as part of one beautiful experience.
What if the wedding is outdoors and the weather changes?
We always plan backup options (tents, indoor alternate sites, flexible schedules) to mitigate weather risk.
Do you verify vendor licences and manage travel costs?
Yes, we always confirm that all vendors are properly licensed and compliant with local regulations. When requesting quotes, we also ask vendors to include their travel and transport costs upfront, ensuring complete transparency and avoiding unexpected expenses later on.
How far in advance do guests need to book their travel?
As early as possible, ideally when Save-the-Dates go out. Some airlines or hotels require booking 6–9 months ahead.
Can we combine our wedding with a “mini-moon” or honeymoon?
Yes, absolutely. Many couples choose to extend their stay in Portugal for a mini-moon or honeymoon. This can be seamlessly arranged through our concierge service, which can assist with travel planning, accommodation, and unique experiences to make this time even more special.
How many weddings do you plan concurrently?
We limit the number to maintain high service standards, each receiving dedicated focus.
Are there language or cultural issues we must consider?
None at all. We’re completely open and experienced in working with all languages, cultures, and traditions. Embracing diversity is part of what makes each celebration so special.
