Carolina and Gautam welcomed 200 guests from around the world to Porto, choosing The Yeatman for its iconic views and elegant atmosphere. Planning a large Indian wedding abroad required detailed coordination, from guest logistics and transportation to adapting the venue for multiple rituals across two days of celebrations. Every decision focused on creating a seamless experience so their families could feel comfortable, connected, and fully present.

From the vibrant Mehndi to the groom’s traditional horseback entrance, each moment honored Indian traditions while blending naturally with the Portuguese setting. The Hindu ceremony was rich in symbolism, followed by an elegant reception where Indian flavors met Portuguese gastronomy, creating a celebration that felt meaningful, refined, and unforgettable for everyone involved.
