First steps to start planning your destination wedding in Portugal!

Do you want to start planning your destination wedding in Portugal but don’t know where to turn? The first step is to take a deep breath and relax.
We know that at this moment you must feel overloaded with tasks and, for that same reason, we are here to help you know where to start organizing your destination wedding.

1st – Define your guest list – What is a wedding without guests?! Nothing, certainly. Sharing this day with the people who are most dear to you is indispensable. For this reason, and as it is a destination wedding, your guest list should be one of the first things to do. In this way, you can adapt all your choices to your guests, so that they feel that they are an important part of your day.

2nd – Dealing with civil/religious process – Dealing with civil and/or religious process may seem like a seven-headed monster, but if you inform yourself with the competent authorities, at least 9 months in advance, you will have time to resolve possible unforeseen events.

3rd – Get the place – Finding a place is a time consuming task, because you’ll want it to be as similar as possible to what you envisioned in your head. That’s why we advise you to evaluate all possibilities at least 18 months in advance to ensure that, when you make your choice, it will still be available on the date you want.

These are just the first steps you should follow  to start planning your destination wedding in Portugal and it seems like a lot to you?!
